Phone, SMS, AI voice policy, hold music, escalation rules, and call routing
Insurance credentialing, payer portals, RCM, billing, payments, reviews, and marketing
No patient information
Do not submit patient names, chart numbers, insurance details, clinical notes, or other PHI during initial signup.
