Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page to request deletion of personal information connected to 1DentalAI.
Request deletion
Email hello@1dentalai.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law and our customer agreements.
Step 1
Send the request
Email hello@1dentalai.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address, phone number, or login/provider account you used with 1DentalAI so we can locate the right records.
Step 2
Verify identity
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you are the person connected to the request, or that you are authorized to act for the account, practice, or organization.
Step 3
Review the data source
If your information belongs to a dental practice customer, patient record, appointment, billing workflow, or clinical workflow, we may direct the request to that practice because the practice controls those records.
Step 4
Complete deletion or explain the limit
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information unless we need to keep limited records for security, legal, contractual, audit, billing, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity reasons.
Patient and practice records
1DentalAI services may process information on behalf of dental practices. If your request concerns patient records, clinical records, appointment history, insurance, billing, or practice communications, contact the dental practice first. The practice may need to instruct 1DentalAI before we can delete customer-controlled records.
